AT the Oireachtas Committee on EU Affairs Labour Spokesperson on Agriculture & Food Seán Sherlock TD questioned Mr Eoin O’Shea member of the Court of Auditors on his recent report on the Irish Sugar Regime.
Deputy Sherlock demanded to know why if such a report has been issued; which clearly showed that the Mallow plant was efficient; was a decision taken to wind down operations at the plant.
