Ahern elected in Cork South West

LABOUR candidate and former Lord Mayor, Cllr Michael Ahern has been re-elected to Cork’s South West Ward on the third count.

Cllr Ahern achieved a total of 1,304 votes.

Fine Gael’s Barry Keane was eliminated on the third count.
